I can´t see photos of the forum

Hello:
       I want to know why I can´t see the photos of the forum.
It apears this message:
"It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board."
Please. I want to see all the photos.

Dear Sir
Please try one more time, I change before permisions for upgrade security, and with moving from forum to forum they even go more strict. Now security comes back to normal level - Thats mean You can upload and download attachments, also see them if they are images.
