Newb motor build question

hey guys, im very new to fiats but I have alot of abarth info put together for reference. my question is I have a 1960 fiat 600 with the stock 600 motor and I want to bore and stroke it to 750 . should i build it or build a fiat reverse rotation 850.  I want to keep it kinda period correct but I wanna enjoy it and push its limits.I have a good budget for a motor build but what are your knowledgable opions?  THANKS !!!!

Fiat 600D was in pruduction with a 767ccm engine. Maybe it is better to find one ready and save the trouble?!
