Thank you for very good information! My parts are even more rare than Abarth!
I doubt that the motor can be saved, it has been outdoors for so many years w o the cylinder head!
maybe the crank can be saved, and I will of course try to loosen the pistons!
Are the block and rods the same as an ordinary 600?

Back to your question about the SIATA elaborazione of the engine, here is a picture of my engine, clearly a SIATA 750 .

I guess on these SIATA-ABARTH model, ABARTH was mainly mentioned for marketing purpose, as they where co owning SIATA to try to save it ...

Glad to come back on the topic, my SIATA-ABARTH is at the body shop now, in september it will look like new with its original colours, blue and cream

Thank you for very interesting pictures!
I'll check if my engine has the Siata stamping, but I am missing the head, can check if the block is stamped.
Also, the interior in your car is not very much changed from the normal 600, even the steering wheel looks like it has been directrly swapped from a standard car.
Good luck in the resoration!

My SIATA-ABARTH is now out of the oven, beautifully  restaured, a nice ivory and blue colour combination, these were the original colours!

I have now to look for the wheels caps, look at the original pictures from Turin Autosalon ...

Nice pictures, very nice car!
I have checked my engine for SIATA stamping, but did not find any.
One question: Do you know if your car has the windshield from another Fiat, or is it specially made for the Siata? Question asked because on my car the windshield is missing and the frame is cut away.

Hello,
I am happy that I have found very special information about Siata 750 transformation of early 600 engines...
I'm looking for original Abarth parts for my Fiat 500 and Fiat 600 (want to build a derivazione 750).

please email me, if you want to sale... Thank you!
