David You are incredible. Great Job> I try do it ASAP, but not today. I fix lot of mistakes and I hope so now with Your help Our index  looks fine.

Pavel - excellent changes look good -  I will work through the other page this weekend hopefully.
Look forward to getting the photos of the exhaust system etc.
Wait to use my "free beer" tokens when I come to Antwerp next.
