codes block and cilinder head?

In chile  we find block of FIAT 125 with different codes
125A     D
125B     E
125B     D

Of equal form the cylinder head bring different codes
124AC
125BC
FF S62 A5
THAT INDICATE THESE CODES
IN THAT VEHICLES WERE COMING FROM FACTORY?
