Title: chassis number locating

please can anyone help i have recently bought a 1981 fiat 131 mirafiori sport and i am trying to find where the vehicle indentification  number is located (vin / chassis)and wheather it should have a vin plate .thanks for all your help keep up the good work.

vin  no is on the top off the right front shock to the outside wing.Always a normale fiat identity plate
