The RAF is probably a 22034.

RAF stands for Rigas Autobusu Fabrika.  Are there any members from Lithuania on this forum?

The Avia company is from Czech Republic and started life making aeroplanes, a bit like SAAB :-).  The company was shortly called Skoda-Avia is now part of an Indonesian group.  You even can buy new Avia trucks in Belgium since last year. 

The model shown here is a truck made under the licence Avia agreed with Saviem, the French truck builder (part of Renault) and therefor resembles the Saviem SG2 a lot.

Any Czech readers able to locate an Avia?
