Record monza 1000 on the road
« on: October 06, 2016, 09:35:34 am »
Hello,Gentleman.

I buy this RM in 2004. It is junk and not moving.
I take it one fiat shop, but It is leave not moving 6 years!
I take back to me 2010, and restored myself, and this september on the legal road.

My RM's history is mysterious, but it is from US. I found back of emblem name and street address.
I write a letter, but it is back no address, but recently my Facebook friends find local article and telephone him.
I send and received mail him. It is local news on web.
http://www.saukvalley.com/2013/01/03/rare-car-travels-far-east/axr1dna/ [nofollow]

It is only information  about my car. US owner says it buy 1967 $500 from couples, and they said"sebring car in team Roosebelt".
But I think not roosebelt car, because they're not use 1000 Record monza.

I'm looking for any information. and looking for side window and interior trim, inner handle etc.

Regards.

Good evening.

This is photo from Mr.Powell. Roll bar did not put on.
Unfortunately, Mr Powell couldn't remenber couples name.

From door-fitting mirror and red color, if this car belongs to 1961 sebring race, maybe this is No.14 car.
But it is not clear.

Your Roosebelt car is very cool!

My RM2's wheel is steel wheel for 850 and "16-petal" campagnolo replica alloy wheels.
To be honest, I want genuine "12-petal "campagnolo magnecium wheels, but thetre is not replica and original one is too expensive.

I wonder why team Roosebelt didn't continue support Abarth racing car about RM2(1000).
Abarth DFL team import only RM2 and support short term around Sebring 1961.

Do you have anything information?
