My Viotti 600 is painted a similar metallic light blue color. This is not the original color of my car, but was painted this color by a previous owner. The paint was made by Lechler (that is the brand name of the paint), the color is called "Azzurro 412 (metallizzato) - FIAT", other paint code may be "82-412" (this is the text that is printed on the label of the extra can of paint that the previous owner included with my car when I bought it).
The appearance (tone or hue) of the blue color changes slightly in different types of lighting, but here is a photo of my car where the color looks very similar to what's on the Allemano 750 you've shown:
