I have some demands about this and will explain on this  section this question:

Yes ,it a real Abarth and many books now are speaking more and more about this wonderfull car;its big, its handel good,its fast and prices are goying up because now many of this cars are rusted away.
You had the normale Fiat 2300  coupe,car with 105 Hp and topspeed 175 kph

and you have the Abarth version called S= FIAT 2300 S coupe=136 (Din)hp   150 SAE and 190 kph; engine was prepared by Abarth .Crankshaft polisch,valvetrain mechanic polish,special pistons,conrods polish,two Weber 38 DCOE and special abarth oilsump on first model with abarth sign not on second version.
The first version had also wheelstuds with special nuts on wheels.Sue on the end stop the normale version because the S (abarth )was better.First models where lighter and have 2300 S on top of rearbonnet ,second on rear lid.
If you see the homologation papers you dont believe your eyes:all parts outside chassis you may change with aluminium our glasfiber.Abarth himself made  some racing/rallycars (mayby 3/4 our more )and only one is still there (KOCH) price  250000 euro

the Koch car is bymy knowledge the only still alive  2300 Works car. If you  see the records there where  3 red  records  circuit/rallycars ,one red Record car and one white Car for Carlo.Mayby you now where the are ?
