the engine was a 1800  Fiat  twin cam .In a 125 you can fit 1800 and 2000 cc fiat twin cams  with some small adaption this is easy.So donors can be 124 spider ,coupe our 131 Racing/Sport.Also you can use the newer Ritmo 130  Abarth TC for it
