695SS Pistons & Sleeves

Does anybody know where I can find correct 76mm pistons & sleeves for a 695ss? I attach photos of why they have to be changed. I also believe that this is not the correct piston for the car. Specs call for a 10.5 compression piston & the siamesed gemelli, gemellati?) sleeves. I am aware of Fiat500sport.com, but I believe that the pistons that they offer may also be incorrect as compared to original. Any help would be appreciated!

Ill try to scan an image for you with a picture of the correct 695 pistons.. they have a bump on the flat top surface...'

I'll request again if anyone knows a source for 76,00 mm dia pistons for the 695ss. Specs I have are 10.5 compression. Crank has also 76,00mm stroke. Any info most appreciated.
