I have seen the name FAZA when people sell things like engine parts, cams etc.
What is it? Is it a genuine Abarth part?
Can anyone shed some light in this?

Hello,

FAZA means "Fiat Abarth Zagato Allemano". This is the company of Alfred S. Cosentino, now Thousand Oaks, California. He raced Abarths from the 60ies and had very good connections to Abarth and european Fiat race car preparers like Filipinetti. Cosentino tuned and drove his cars himself, he also sold (and still sales) racing parts for Abarths and Fiats. He also wrote many books about Abarth cars. His homepage is http://www.fazaabarth.com [nofollow].

Regards, Alex

Back in the 60's, when cars were cars, FAZA was located in Brewster NY just past the train station. I used to drive past there just to look at the Red 500s with gold Campagnolo rims and huge tires and with their hoods propped up to accomodate the Webers. I drove a Corvair at the time. Then FAZA moved to Florida and there was never a reason to go back to Brewster.
