when was the last 600 D  built and where ?

Also when was the last  new 600 D motor built ?
or can you buy a new 600 D motor today from Fiat  Italy, Seat ,  Argentina Fiat  , former Yugoslavia Yugo ?

New motor just sound so nice

A long time ago.  NO production of the 600D motors have been available for years, anywhere.  The only block/engine combination that is still in active production are versions of the 903cc motor, most in CW rotation front-wheel drive applications.  They could be adapted for a 600 easily.

Sure someone MIGHT have a brand new 600D short block sitting somewhere, but even this is unlikely.

I have a good quantity of rebuildable A112 blocks in 1050, 982, 903  and 965cc form.

the Seat Marbella has a 903cc engine, i think this is the best possibility to buy a new engine

I think 82-83  last zastava 750  go out from factory.In Macedonija I think end Serbija  zastava 750 cand find for 50e "complete" but whot is in?
on places for old cars have many blocks....one day parts  will be wert "gold" becouse parts is les end les but still find on sunday  car market.......

Yes Guy. The Fiat 600 has been produced, here in Argentina, until 1984, But from 1978 to 1984, the engine was based in the 903 cc, of the Fiat 133, with CW rotation...

I want to make a correction. Fiat of Argentina produced the Fiat 600 "S" until 1982, not until 1984. The engine has 843 cc (65 x 63,5) and CW rotation.

You can also source a 903cc motor from an early Fiat Uno/Panda

Here in California we had a few 600s and many 850s  ,  but that was the last of that style motor,

Then we had 124 spyders for the next 20 years or so !

So no  Fiat Pandas or Unos, A112s etc to take a motor from,

I will need to import them from Europe  etc, or buy one from someone who imported some
