An interesting find! ;)

This car looks very much like a modified Abarth 210A, with body designed/built by Boano in 1955. The only differences I see on this car are no chrome bumpers, a slightly different engine lid & tail design (with different taillights), and the front nose cone has been chopped off & an Abarth 750 "grille" installed.

The front half of the car, the windshield & the interior look nearly identical to the 210A. Photos of the 210A that can be used for comparison can be found in the recent book "Abarth - the man, the machines" by Luciano Greggio (Giorgio NADA Editore), on pages 105 & 120.

Did you get any photos of the engine of this car?

Aha! More details discovered...

In the photo of the yellow Zagato Spider (see photo below), I can see the side of this "Nardi" car more clearly. It is NOT a Nardi car. I can definitely see the Boano crest & chrome script emblem on the driver-side front fender between the wheel opening & the front edge of the door (directly down below the blue decal). I can also see the large square chromed grille (for air intake to the engine bay) on the driver-side rear fender between the rear edge of the door & the rear wheel.

I believe this is a modified Abarth 210A - a very rare car! ;)

Here is a photo of the production version of the Abarth 210A Spider (shown with early Abarth 750 Berlinas):
