I have complete 850/124 conversion kit for sale and export.  Located in new jersey, USA. I will help with packing and handling to freight terminal.
kit includes
124 disc brakes and hubs
VW super beetle trans,axles, and short shifter
adapter plate to fiat twin cam engine 124
engine mount/cross member
front mount radiator and collant tubes
new rebuilt 1608 fiat engine
twin 40mm side draft weber carbs and manifold
high performance cams, 10/1 compression pistons,special header and exhaust system, heavy duty clutch
this kit was installed in OTAS

This kit will fit all 850 base cars. You will have to fab. some parts for your car
