The car was sold to a driver in Mallorca and was destroyed in an accident
Later the car was rebuilt and had another accident but i don't know if it was rebuilt this time

The developer of the car was Manuel Juncosa, the same that manufactured the Juncolotti gearboxes
This 850 had a "external" gearbox of an standard 850 but the "interior" of the gearbox was specific and manufactured by Juncosa (sorry but my English is not very good)

Greetings

I purchased a 1967 Fiat Abarth OT 1000 convertable in Melvindale Michigan, USA in 1967.  When my wife and I would visit a restaurant people would crowd around the car to see it.  We had ordered an 850 but when two abarths arrived we chose the red one.  It was a great car and fun beyond anything.  I had a friend with a TR-6.  He would blow me away on the straight aways but  I would nail him in the corners.  The car cost me $3,400.00.  I sold it 3 years later when children began to arrive.  The fellow who bought it raced.  attached are few pic

Hi John,

Sure would like to see those photos.  I remember sitting in a red 850 spider on the showroom floor when I was a kid while my dad bought a 124 wagon.  No Abarth versions though!
