750 Record Monza for sale on US ebay

There is a Record Monza for sale on ebay near me--if the numbers are to believed it came from the factory with a 750 pushrod engine. Does that seem possible to you? It has covered headlights, so it is not one of the late cars with the exposed headlights and 850 pushrod engine.

Here is the link, or just to to www.ebay.com, select ebay Motors and search for Abarth, then select Cars and Trucks to take out all the little stuff for sale.

CAR IS NOW BID UP TO $45,000 USD!  Apparently someone wants it a lot.

The bid is back down to $11.1K, the high bidder having claimed that he never made that bid.   
Does anyone still have confidence in ebay?

Maybe the bidder realized that the car didn't have a Bialbero engine? (Allthough he could have seen that in the pictures and in the text.)
