beta monte carlo

hello all,
 just found a lancia beta monte carlo in full racing trim that came from italy many years ago and has been used by a italian mechanic in swiss championship slalom and circuit. it has a bosch injection fitted and something like 175 CV...wing extensions, wide rims etc. full cage , very stiff suspension...would this make a donor car to build a Corse HF ?  or build a rally car ?

any comments ?
